How We Work
Step 1
Request an online estimate from the team. We ask for a detailed description, photos of the work to be done, and the location your home is in so that we can give the best quote possible. The more info you share in our form, the faster we can add you to the schedule.
Step 2
We will review your inquiry, and send a quote via email. Once you’ve accepted the quote, you’ll be added to the schedule and you’ll pay a retainer to hold the date scheduled.
Step 3
Our techs arrive onsite, confirm the work you’ve requested and get to work taking care of your home. We offer a one-year warranty on our labor, so rest assured the work will be done with competence.
Step 4
Finally, get your home back to where you want it to be. With no more todo list, you can finally sit and enjoy your space.

HEY THERE, WE ARE CALEB AND PETE WE OWN AND RUN NORTH SEATTLE HANDYMAN
Caleb started North Seattle Handyman in 2016 and has grown into a thriving business. Pete became a partner in 2021, allowing us to help fix even more homes and help even more homeowners.
Caleb has been a carpenter for 20+ years, and in that time, he’s worked in almost every construction trade out there, from building retaining walls to kitchen and bath remodels. Pete has worked in the trades from mechanics to aerospace to metal work over 20+ years, bringing a variety of skill sets and problem-solving that is highly beneficial to the team.
The NSHM team loves the variety of small jobs and the constant problem-solving of those work. Together, they know something about everything and experience how all the trades work together.
Then take into account that they are both homeowners, just like you. They understand how overwhelming home repairs are. They enjoy knowing they can help their customers with all those to-do lists, whether big or small.

I love North Seattle Handyman team! Any time I need help around my house, they deliver, no matter how big or small the project is. Most recently, I needed to have my bathroom sinks and toilets caulked. Dan was helping me with that, and wow! – outstanding job, he used amazing silicone caulking product and the result is gorgeous, exceeded my expectations! So happy I found them! Highly recommend.

“Caleb came in and helped repair water damage in my basement after some flooding resulting from heavy rains. We had 3 inches of standing water across the entire floor and he came in with sump pump to clear the excess water and fans to dry the space afterwards. He was extremely effecient helping during the emergency. After the water was gone, we needed to replace the carpet that was ruined, and he steered us in the direction of tile just in case we flooded again. He even tiled it for us. He was a great handyman. Very communicative and worth the money.”

“Caleb did an outstanding job on a decorative wall I wanted installed. He came out, heard my idea and gave some great pointers. He arrived right on time and got to work over two days to get the wall put up. Along the way he offered a suggestions for stain, clearly explaining the costs and his advice (which I’m so glad I took). He finished a bit earlier than planned, and left my living room cleaner than it started. He even swept out my garage! And I LOVE the wall. It is exactly like I’d pictured and is just perfect. I would hire him again in a second, and would recommed him without reservation. Thanks Caleb!”

Dan was great. Installed a bidet, hung a rack (even thinking to use a marker for the screws to match the rack), and answered a couple questions that came up while he was here. Meticulous work and conscientious. Definitely calling them again.

We have used the North Seattle Handyman team for various jobs around our home over the last several years and have been very happy each time. In 2023, we had them completely remodel our kitchen. We had spent a fair amount of time researching, contacting, interviewing contractors, etc, and it’s a draining process. That is, until we realized that Caleb and his crew do remodel work! From start to finish the remodel process was SO much easier and dare I say, enjoyable, than we previously had thought it could be. Everything about working NSHM on this big job was a pleasant experience. The project was completed on time, within budget, communication was great, the crew always shows respect of the homeowners’ property, space, and time – I could go on. Do not hesitate to contact them and we will definitely have them remodel one of our bathrooms in the future. We love our new kitchen!
